Gender Inequality are the mistreatment or discernment of people based on their gender. It was caused by differences in gender roles that were instilled in society. Despite advances toward gender equality, there are still numerous obstacles needed to overcome. But then, even in social prospects, men continue to be more superior when compared to women.
We must value each gender equally. Both genders should have equal access to opportunities in all aspects. Everyone has the right to live their lives as they see fit even without discrimination. Regardless of whether you are a male or a female, your rights are all the same. Equality between men and women must be attained.
Everyone, is affected by gender inequality. Stereotyping about how women and men, girls and boys, should behave starts in childhood and continues into maturity. Gender Disparity isn't just a female problem. When we talk about gender, we mean all genders, including males, females, transgenders, and others. Gender Equality can give all genders, particularly the marginalized ones, be empowered, they can able to live their lives freely. However, Gender inequality prevents them to express their thoughts and ideas.
A possible solution to this is to educate people, especially those who are not open-minded. Sometimes they’re the ones who insult others without knowing that they also hurt someone's feelings. We shouldn’t allow them to make offensive comments towards women, black people, indigenous people, LGBTQ people, or any other marginalized groups. We shouldn't remain silent with this situation. Talk to them and tell them to stop being racist, homophobic, and transphobic. Together, we can create a good and healthy community. Equality for a better future.
